What data we collect and why:

When you subscribe to any CAPTASOFT service requiring a fee, we require that you provide your billing address and your credit card information. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of billing you for CAPTASOFT services. Credit card and purchase order information is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments.

Customer Data:

Any information you upload into any of the CAPTASOFT properties such as customer information, financial information, leads, files or other remains your sole and exclusive property. The Company will never release your information unless required by law or is necessary to comply with a legal process. All customer accounts and customer data are considered to be owned by the person who has their credit card or payment method on file for the account or has proof of payment submission. If the account is offered as a free service then the person controlling the email address used as the primary username is considered to be the owner of the customer account. For this reason it is recommended that an administrators or officer of the company maintain the credit card, Paypal, Bitcoin, username or other payment information on file with your account.

Billing:

Your service is billed to an account and CAPTASOFT recognizes the owner of the credit card account as the owner of your data. The account owner is responsible for payment and can transfer ownership of your data. Account owners and administrators should keep in mind that if they grant another individual full administrative rights to their account, that person will have access to the account's billing information.

Account Permissions:

You control who has access to your account and your data. When you first create an account, only the account creator has initial access. At your discretion, you may use account permissions to choose to allow others access to your data and billing information. You decide who gets access and at what level (view, modify and/or create).
